Leadership
Kerry is a highly experienced technology executive with a strategic mindset, dedicated to delivering measurable outcomes, improving operational efficiency, and creating a competitive advantage for his clients. His expertise in leadership, partnership, people empowerment, rigorous execution, and financial and risk management makes him a trusted advisor and partner to C-Suite executives, board members, and senior managers.
Kerry has over 35 years of experience in technology and busines. Before starting joing BEA and President and CEO, for over 14 years, he served as Managing Director and Chief Information Officer for the PFM group of companies, overseeing firm-wide technology initiatives, budgets, resources, contracts, and vendor relationships. As a member of the leadership team, Kerry played a vital role in all significant strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and product development activities, focused on scaling the company and growing revenues. He also led technical due diligence for eight acquisitions and most recently served as the primary technical lead for the divestiture of PFM’s companies.
Before joining PFM, he spent six years in the Global Technology Services division for State Street Bank, managing a full-service IT organization that supported over $250 billion in assets under management for BlackRock. He also spent six years in management consulting at Deloitte, providing systems integration, program and project management, strategy, and business process reengineering services to clients in the financial services, healthcare, public sector, and manufacturing sectors.
Kerry received his MBA in Finance from New York University, Leonard N. Stern Business School, and BBA in Information Systems from Bernard M. Baruch College. He is also a member of the Board of Managers for The Philadelphia Foundation, where he served as Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee, and has made significant contributions to the University Science Center as a member of the Audit Committee and Capital Advisory Board. Kerry was also a board member of Continuum Companies, Inc., a property management conglomerate.
With Kerry’s expertise and track record, he can provide valued guidance to clients on digital transformation, strategic planning, cybersecurity, audit, operations, and M&A due diligence, ultimately driving enterprise value and achieving measurable outcomes.
